Calls and forwarding
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. On the busiest days, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local plumber; in that case the details you share on the call are available to that plumber so they can help you.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. Maps load from Google only when you choose to show them.
How we use information
We use information to answer calls, schedule and complete work, send invoices and follow up on the job. We do not sell personal information.
