Who we are

Plumbcraft Services is a plumbing company based on East McBee Avenue in downtown Greenville, with a second office on Smith Circle in Belton. We run our own trucks and send our own plumbers. The people who answer the phone, the plumbers who show up, and the way the work gets done are all ours.

Most of our work is residential: leaks, clogged drains, sewer laterals, water heaters, repipes and the fixtures people use every day. We also look after small businesses, rentals and restaurants, and our Belton office handles many of the well and septic calls that come from rural homes in Anderson, Pickens and Oconee counties.

How calls are handled

The phone is answered 24 hours a day by a person, not a voicemail box. On a normal day and night, every call is handled by a Plumbcraft plumber. On the busiest days, when every truck is already on a job, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local plumber so you are not left waiting. That is the only time forwarding happens, and it exists for your benefit, not ours.

How we price work

We tell you the price before work starts. After-hours calls carry an after-hours service rate, and we tell you what it is on the phone before anyone is sent. Our plumbing prices page lists the typical ranges we see for each service around Greenville.

Where we work

Our Greenville office covers the city and its neighborhoods, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, Easley, Travelers Rest, Pickens and the Spartanburg side of the I-85 corridor. Our Belton office covers Anderson, Piedmont, Williamston, Pelzer, Honea Path, Pendleton, Clemson, Seneca and the towns south toward Greenwood.
